Short Description: Best Commercial Insurance Company Online, Best Deals For Household Insurance, Best Deals For Mercedes Benz Insurance, Classic Car Insurance Quote, Classic Motor Insurance

Content Inside: Choosing the best commercial insurance policy provider If you are a business owner and are in the process of selecting a commercial insurance company, then you should consider the following before making the decision.

Advantages of Household Insurance A good household insurance policy provides security for your fixed assets. The policy provides peace of mind, as you know your property is adequately insured and in case of any mishap or damage, your loss will be taken care of. The insurance policy is cost effective as in the case of any damage, the insurance company covers the los.

Top tips for getting the best deal • It is widely reported in the motoring press that classic car insurance is far cheaper than a modern car policy but it is important to be vigilant and well informed. • The condition and scarcity of a classic can vary dramatically, and an owner’s perception as to the value of his beloved car can often be at odds with his insurer’s valuation in the event of a claim. • Search for a specialist insurer, they are more likely to provide specialist assistance and provide a better rate. • It is vital that you take out a guaranteed agreed valuation when insuring your classic car.

Island Living Space Project by Mikano Design

The client commissioned Mikano to design and build a space that could combine additional living and work space. The building will be situated on a private island within the grounds of the client's property accessible by a bridge. The client had considered several options prior to commissioning Mikano from a traditional build to log cabins and mobile homes.

Mikano were able to engineer a solution that required the unit to be stick built on site due to access restrictions, the scheduled build time to completion is two weeks. Built on screw in pilings and manufactured using galvanised steel, cold-formed profiles, utilising composite panels Single ply roof. Aluminium and cedar Architectural façade system.

Marketing Suite From Mikano Design | a Better way to build

This project allowed the clients to go from concept to development in 8 weeks.

The client wanted to move away from the standard available options for marketing suites such as traditional temporary buildings and porta cabins. Mikano were commissioned to design and build a Marketing Suite for a new Woodside Development. The marketing suite needed to be designed constructed and fully functional in the minimum amount of time. The requirements of Capricorn homes were that the unit could be dismantled and move to a further projected 5 sites.

Marketing Suite

The unit was fully built offsite
and engineered to split down the middle into two separate sections. The façade system was adapted so for each new development a façade change could take place to match the theme or particular brand colours of the new development. This ensured a sustainable product that had an extended life span not only in its method of construction but in its future applications. It was installed and ready for use within 4 days of arriving on site.

A full modular method combining offsite construction was used on this project. Structural frame work is a cold rolled system, outer rain screen facade is a mixture of Trespa panels and western red cedar cladding. Glazed window panels with a Smart systems powder coated aluminium window and door frame. The roof is a single ply membrane with an up stand and concealed rainwater outlets and down pipes.

The building came complete with lifting eyes for easy re-positioning and ongoing use.

One: Ditch the Paper Towels!
Instead, pick up micro-fiber cloth towels to use all around the house. Thousands of tiny little fibers literally grip and hold onto the dirt and bacteria. The best part? They are machine-washable, so you can use them over and over again. Just spray a surface with a non-toxic, all-purpose cleaner and wipe away with the micro-fiber towels.
